I have used CoPilot for a number of years and used to really appreciate and depend on the program for my Type 1 diabetes management. The variety of its available reports is unparalleled. However, it does not support Windows 10. It worked with earlier W 10 versions, but data uploads using the Abbot provided USB serial adapter have become more flaky and unreliable with each Windows 10 update. After the last update, I am now completely unable to upload the data from my Freestyle Lite meter, so CoPilot is totally useless. Why Abbott cannot upgrade CoPilot so that it operates on the only Windows operating system that is currently supported by Microsoft is completely baffling to me, as is the reason they don't upgrade from the long-obsolete serial connection. Their refusal to support CoPilot will probably force me to switching to another meter that has a reporting system that is functional under Windows 10, which is very disappointing after using what used to be a superior system for a number of years.
